| Introduction | What can I say first of all I'm a Wife and a Mom! I love it! I have four children that I homeschool! I have a wonderfully supportive husband who I can't say enough good about. It's so fun that my kids love learning and that they have taught me to love it too! As part of my love of learning journey I discovered that good health doesn't have to be hard. I have always loved food and now I love "heathifying" food (so I don't have to feel guilty for loving food;) I have always been fascinated by herbs and their amazing healing power so I became a certified Nutritional Herbalist I don't claim to be an expert and have much to learn.
