| Introduction | I enjoy running, writing, and ruminating. There is nothing better than a long run to escape life's problems and to clear my mind. Running fulfills my competitive nature, my fitness needs, and my spiritual being. Overall, it feeds my soul. I am a marathoner who resides in beautiful San Francisco. I've been training with Team In Training (TNT), the largest endurance training program in the U.S., since 2006. I've been a TNT mentor for 2 seasons and am currently a captain for the 2009 Spring season. I am a dental hygienist by day, runner by night, and a mother of 2 young boys 24/7. I hope to instill into the hearts of people the joy of running. |
