| Introduction | Hi my name is Tina and I am here because first and foremost I love interior design, love houses and love beautiful things! I believe that life is what you make of it. And as I get older, I see the importance of living life to its fullest for that day, not always thinking about the future, but enjoying the moment. Secondly, we have started to build our dream house, a french styled modified chateau/country home. We started about two and a half years ago and its been a long process. I love to write and thought it would be fun to chronicle this journey thorugh a blog and share my adventures, experiences, and my interests wtih you.....my fellow readers who love the same things. | Interests | My family, decorating, tennis, cooking, playing jeopardy, writing, riding, baking, museum tours, spending time with family, scrabble, house hunting, eating great food, antique shopping, blog looking, reading, traveling, discovering a new place, coffee (is that an actual interest oh well its a big part of my life), hanging with my girlfriends and going out for margaritas, and just hanging with my great girlfriends, lounging around looking at great home and design books/magazines, some quiet time, going to a book store and getting lost in all kinds of things, giving to the needy (the most satisfying) designing, shopping (when the mood strikes me) helping people with all kinds of things;anything, going to Barnes and Noble and getting lost in all the books, finding a bargain |
