| Introduction | A woman of many talents, I am 33 and just discovering the beauty of life without the ball and chain of an eating disorder. I am tackling some of the more meaningful questions in my life: What does eating disrder recovery look like for me? Why has adulthood been so challenging? What is my highest purpose? How can I learn shame resillince, conquer my fear or vulnerability, and be centered in who I am everywhere I go? What does optimal health and nutrition look like for me?
