Introduction | I have always identified as an original Baby Boomer. I get just a little edgy when there is talk of those young 'uns also being in this generation. I have a great life where I can do anything I want. The days are wa-a-y too short. |
Interests | learning the piano, grandkids, walking, tai chi, reading mysteries, writing, rug hooking, knitting, gardening, photography, dolls |
Favorite Movies | I have only a few that have actually captured my attention. I'm more than likely to walk off in the middle to find a book. |
Favorite Music | It depends on what I'm doing. Rug hooking requires classical. Knitting is best with jazz. Housework needs something upbeat - country swing is just fine. And good old rock 'n' roll is the best for cleaning up the dolls for resale. |
Favorite Books | There are way too many to list. I won't waste my time on a dull book anymore. My favorite genre is mystery of all kinds. I dislike most thrillers. I love science fiction - the fantasy side, usually. There's a lot in between. |
When your science teacher smashed a frozen rose with a hammer, did you warm the petals to bring them back to life?
They were perfect in my crantini.
