Introduction	I am a family man who works in Ohio, Information Technology and computer programming are my areas of expertise. For those of you who know me, growing grass in my backyard is obviously not, so quit laughing! Why blog? In all honesty, why not? It's fun, has been very educational, and it also has offered me insights into people and positions I may not have thought much about before. (http://www.eff.org/issues/bloggers)
Interests	Like most folks, I have a number of interests including reading, writing, movies, hiking, softball, camping, and convincing my backyard to grow grass. The list is subject to change without notice!
Favorite Movies	Serenity, LOTR, Casablanca, To Catch a Thief, North by Northwest, Charade, plus anything with Julia Roberts or Sandra Bullock, and to many others to name.
Favorite Music	As atypical as it sounds I am originally a NY'er raised on Rock and Roll but found in recent years the Rock and Roll is mostly derivative drivel. Lately i find myself listening to Country, Reba, Martina McBride, Carrie Underwood, Jo Dee Messina, Allison Krause, Brad Paisley.
Favorite Books	LOTR, Tom Clancy, WEB Griffin, David Weber, John Ringo, Anne McCaffrey, Elizabeth Moon, Dan Brown, and again more than I can count.
