Introduction I'm always asked how I started making puzzles. Here's my short story: As a kid, I always designed puzzles for the neighborhood children and then I'd correct them and give them a grade. Can you guess that I wanted to be a teacher? When I became a stay at home mom, a puzzle idea distracted my mind from wife, mother, and work (I worked at home). When I told my husband the idea, he suggested that I turn it into a book. I went to the library and found out how to publish a book (I didn't have a computer then), mailed it to Sterling Publishing and they loved the idea. Needless to say, I had to go buy a computer. I had written the entire book on a word processor. That's pretty much how Word Search USA was born. That was in 2000. Now, with a new editor, the book is being revised and reprinted in 2010.

How did I get into writing romance? Well, I'm not sure. I picked up three HQ Blaze books at the library and I was hooked ever since. That was in 2002.
Interests rearranging furniture, counted cross stitching, vacationing with my family
