| Introduction | Ian and Christie are a couple living in Montreal and are in their late 20’s. When Christie met Ian he would eat bologna sandwiches for dinner because that is just what single guys do. Christie began to cook for the both of them and so started their culinary adventures. Ian is a pro at cooking meats, and Christie looks after most of the other things. They both graduated with a BFA in Painting and Drawing. While Ian went off to work for the man and is doing quite well for himself, Christie kept on and is finishing her second degree in a Specialization in Cell and Molecular Biology. Coco Bean Chanel is Christie’s cat. Coco is one of those animals that can make a horrible day bright, and is so cute no one can resist her purr powers. It’s true. Ian is crazy about photography and Christie. Christie is crazy about cooking and Ian…. and her Coco Bean. |
