Introduction I run the Paula’s Parisian Pastries Cooking School from Chevy Chase, Maryland. I teach scheduled and custom classes on French pastry and Jewish cooking, both locally and all around the U.S. My first cookbook, The Kosher Baker, will be released August 2010. In 2005, I was the recipe tester and editor of Kosher by Design Entertains (Artscroll 2005) and then of Kosher by Design Kids in the Kitchen (Artscroll 2006).
