Introduction I am a certified group fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America specializing in yoga, boot camps and group resistance training. I am also a certified R.I.P.P.E.D. instructor. I have a passion for nutrition and am an avid researcher in this area. I have struggled with weight for much of my adult life. Once I acknowledged to myself that I had to make a change, I developed my own diet and fitness regimen that would become a permanent part of my life. A healthy life requires daily attention and a mindset that no obstacle or excuse should get in the way of ones health. Through a strict vegetarian diet and a commitment to fitness, I lost over sixty pounds. Yoga has been a consistent part of my fitness program from the beginning as it was the seed to my success. The rigor, discipline and tranquility of yoga helped me to maintain focus throughout my journey. I feel it is my calling in life to help women understand that they too have the power within them to be healthy through natural methods and can affect the lives of their entire family.
