Introduction Hi, do you have food allergies? Know somone who does? I have many and have spent the last 15 years working on recipes to satisfy the culinary tastes of family and friends. My goal was to make meals that tasted like meals everyone was use to, using ingredients that were allergy friendly. I have allergies to corn, wheat, dairy, msg and all forms of preservatives in pre- packaged foods, peanuts and non-oragnic walnuts. My allergies were most likely due to an advanced case of Lyme disease that was not diagnosed until I was nearly dead of it. While the Lyme was destroying my immune system, my immune system became overly sensitized to food products that most people have no trouble eating. I have been working for the past year on my recipes by putting measurements to them...I was a good cook before the allergies so measuring wasn't something I did much of...but this past year has led me to a place of wanting to share these recipes as I continue to meet more and more people who have some form of a food allergy. I will not sell my recipes but will accept donations. I am disabled due to my long illness and therefore cannot work outside my home.
