Introduction I am currently 19 years and I went to bishops college (level 3) two years ago (almost 3 years ago) . I am currently doing my 4th Semester at MUN (Memorial University of Newfoundland full-time, working towards either Pre-Social Work and/or a B.A (Polsc) Degree (that is, a Bachelor of Arts). I love voice lessons! Not to mention, running Quest is fun. But, my favourite hobby is gotta be listening and/or talking to people! YAC ( youth action committee)guitar lessons rock! Also, being director of Youth Organizations within the NLF Party, and maintaining "The Official NLF Party Blog" is a blast! It can be viewed at http://www.nlfirstpartylblog.blogspot.com . If you prefer to view my personal blog, you can see it at http://www.jwlblogarama.blogspot.com (Note: the opionions expressed by myself on my personal blog may or may not reflect the collective views of the NLFP!)
Interests Basketball ( this interest is fading), music, youth group, church, christianity, etc., improv ( though i'm not on the team), voice lessons, part-time job at Lester Lube( may start sometime again!?), volunteering, guitar, choir, chamber choir. I also tried a job placement at the NLACK (Newfoundland and Labrador Association for Community Living) as a Social Research Assistant, this organization works with and on behalf of people with disabilities. Also, the Newfoundland and Labrador Religious Social Action Committee's activities seem cool and i'd love to get involved with them for volunteering some day!
Favorite Movies The Passion of the Christ, The Lord of the Rings, The Cross and the Switchblade, The Chronicles of Narnia, and many others
Favorite Music Apologetix, Switchfoot, Skillet, Kutless, Grits, Eric Clapton, John Lennon, The White Stripes, Linkin Park, Craig Shapre, Rex Goudie, Johnny Cash, etc..
Favorite Books The Bible, The Dream Giver, The Case for a Creator and Jarhead ( it speaks volumes of how horrific war is!), Jim Wallis "God's Politics: How the Left Doesn't Get it and the Right gets it wrong" and "Right Side Up" by Paul Wells (a columnist for 'The National Post') Also the book "The Language of Love" is a must read! (now if only I could remember the author's name!)
