Introduction I am on a healing journey of mind, body and spirit. I am happy to be steadily recovering from Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS). I love gardening, reading, nature, creating, animals, kindness, understanding (of self and others) and being gentle with our amazing bodies and wonderful planet! I connect to 'sacred', 'god/dess', 'spirit' through being in nature and through being creative. I am interested in alternative therapies such as Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Reflexology, Touch For Health, Reiki, Acupuncture, BIE, EFT('tapping') and Eden Energy Medicine (Donna Eden).
