Introduction | Like many visitors to Costa Rica from the U.S. and Canada, I came for a vacation and loved Costa Rica so much we bought a condo to be able to stay and enjoy the beauty and diverse activities. We later bought a second condo so we could have a place right on the ocean. I have traveled to more than 30 countries and 49 U.S. states. My enthusiasm for travel dates back to my childhood, as my father was a U.S. Naval officer, so we traveled a lot. During my childhood and adult years, I have lived in the Washington D.C. area, Maine, California, Hawaii, Missouri, and Arizona. I have two grown sons. One is an entrepreneur in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and one is a QA Engineer for a technology/internet company in Scottsdale, Arizona. |
