| Introduction | I am a leadership consultant and educator with a passion for connecting people with new ideas that will help them excel in their work and business lives. I focus on ways in which leaders, individual contributors, and teams can benefit from taking a positive, supportive approach to communication and collaboration - and how concepts derived from improvisational theater can help them in their interactions. I have published a number of articles on the application of improvisational concepts to organizations and have presented several interactive sessions on applied improv to business, professional, and academic groups. I was instrumental in the founding of the Applied Improvisation Network www.appliedimprov.net and helped plan several North American AIN Conferences starting with the first conference in 2002. |
