| Introduction | I'm married to Joel. I have three wonderful daughters: Two High Schoolers, Alyssa and Kaely; and a Third Grader, Addie. We have an old golden retriever named Belle and a rat named Charles. We have many chickens but only two have names, Scaredy Cat and Number Three. I'm currently a stay-at-home mom. I have a B.S. in Nutrition and I've got part of an Elementary Ed teaching certificate started. Someday I'd love to teach, but right now raising my kids is what I enjoy the most. It can be trying, but it's worth it and I can't imagine not doing it. I sew, quilt, crochet, do needlework, and dabble in just about any do-it-yourself kinda thing I can find. I find peace by working in my gardens with no gloves on, pulling up nasty weeds, and getting muddy. |
