| Introduction | i was scrapbooking before scrapbooking was an industry. i spent every summer beginning in junior high pulling and pasting together documentation of the events of my life. i started my first diary, replete with lock and key, in the fourth grade and haven't stopped journaling since. in february 2009 i had a beautiful, peaceful baby girl, ali s. green, and in my efforts to document her gigantic, little life i realized a traditional baby book is wholly inadequate and that a blog is the modern girl's scrapbook, photo album, diary and baby book all rolled into one. so, here we are ali. this is for you. and, me too. |
