| Introduction | I am a Mother of three children--all creative geniuses! There isn't an athletic gene in the family, besides my wonderful husband, Fred! Fred is my biggest fan and main support in all ways-- personally, spiritually, and all things relating to Black-eyed Susan. I was raised with the stylish designs and artistic eye of my darling Mother,Charlotte Jane Hunter Petersen. I remember chartreuse walls and Irish linen draperies with fine tassel trim, shag carpet before it was trend, and Holiday decorations sublime. The house smelled of fresh baked breads, roasting meats, and cakes divine. (Her's still does!) Thanks, Mom. I am passionate about detail. I love color, textiles thrill me and passementeries inspire me. I have more ideas than one mind can hold and live with general intensity. Thank goodness my other half, Fred, who resides on the high side of calm. He is loving referred to as Sneelock (you'll need to read Dr. Seuss' "If I ran The Circus" to understand this loving term)! My work is all about style! Style and inspired design---satisfying to be sure. |

| Favorite Books | Anne of Green Gables! I love the way she talks! She is the epitome of creativity. |
