| Introduction | According to Urban Dictionary "OmNom" is an "onomatopoeical adjective based on the sound emitted when something is 'oh so tasty' As you may recall, Cookie Monster on Sesame street exclaimed "OM NOM NOM NOM" when gobbling down cookies. A dirivitave of this phrase is simply, "OmNoms" meaning tasty food. Thus in a blog about tasty, healthy food, weight-loss, and exercise: OmNomsFitness seemed like a good name! |
