| Introduction | This blog started as a way to keep notes on the various beers I try without joining some cheesy beer website with mind numbingly boring, unoriginal, and unhelpful reviews. So, I started this with the intent of adding a beer a day, but work and life have prevented that to an extent. And let's be honest... just one beer a day? Pfffft. It has now grown into a bit more of a comprehensive journal of the things I like to keep track of, as announced in my 100th post. My new obsession for BBQ started it, and I felt it was a good place to keep track of my lifelong obsession with Texas parks, history, and geographical oddities as well.
