Introduction "What a piece of work is man!" said Shakespeare. "How noble in reason! How infinite in faculty! In form, in moving, how express and admirable! In action how like an angel! In apprehension how like a God!" We human beings are pretty awesome, aren’t we? But we don’t seem to have any idea and embrace it most of the time, do we? In fact, too often we are our own harshest prosecutors without ever even being given a fair trial or even a single jurist ! I never cease to be amazed how terribly quick we humans are to size one another up and especially ourselves. Enough of that! I work hard alongside my clients to shed patterns that no longer serve their goals, to learn how to turn towards instead of away from one’s own deepest needs and longings, and how to not only create but to sustain ways of being in the world and in relationships that feel genuinely good and fulfilling. I work with adults, couples, children, and families. Please feel free to visit me for more information and resources at www.alexandrasaperstein.com . Thank you for stopping by!
