| Introduction | I have been sewing and quilting since I was a child. Began doing free-motion embroidery and machine embroidery 15 years ago. In 2007, when the economy was going downhill and I noticed a number of quilt shops going out of business and others having problems, I decided that I wanted to try to help provide better awareness of stores, designers, teachers, authors, products and shows (e.g. anything in the business). This also opened up the door for me to research and broaden my insights on quilting. While I am not an expert, I do like to research and share my insights. As I like to write product evaluations, I love to find new products, books and notions that would be of interest to quilting, sewing and/or embroidery enthusiasts. But if a product is given to me to evaluate, I reserve the right to voice my own opinion. I am also selective as to what products I will accept for reviews.
