Introduction Jim has been retired for over twenty years from a career as a teacher of theatre arts and communication. During that career he directed over 100 plays, served twice as chair of his college's faculty senate, and served twice as a director of the Associated Colleges of the Midwest's London Arts Program. He was a founding member and past president of the Board of Directors of the Buchanan Center for the Arts in his community and also served as the Vice President for Acquisitions on the board of his county historical society. He now reads mainly theatre stuff and whodunnits, volunteers at a local grade school, and serves as secretary of the resident council at his senior citizen community. Used to travel a lot, but now does it more often in an armchair.
