| Introduction | My heart feels the need to write about my work toward creating a body that matches my soul. I've been overweight for large portions of my life, with periods of "normalcy" and great health that make me know I am not meant to be fat forever...Being overweight is sort of my indulgence, my break from being a responsible human being, wife, mother, and business owner. Strange, huh? I have a writer's heart, and so my hope is that this blog organizes my work toward living in a body that finally, truly, represents me. |
