| Introduction | Borderlands is a new and used bookstore specializing in science fiction, fantasy, mystery and horror located in San Francisco's Mission District. We opened in 1997 in the Hayes Valley neighborhood and moved to Valencia Street in 2001 and in 2009 we opened an adjoining cafe. We are one of the largest stores in our specialty in the world, with over 14,000 titles in stock and 2000 square feet of space. Our cafe, where we host numerous author appearances and other events, is an additional 1500 square feet. We list our entire inventory on-line and ship world-wide. |
