| Introduction | After a Gastric Bypass in late 2007 I lost just over 75kgs. I was diagnosed with auto-immune liver disease in July 2009 and in July 2010 was diagnosed with Dermatitis herpetiformis. In June 2013, I had an Aortic Dissection. Due to these and some bad choices I have regained almost 45 kgs and after a long absence I have decided to restart my blog to make me more accountable in the mission to lose the regain.
