| Introduction | I'm a mama from Nuhaka living in Waimārama of Ngāti Rākaipaaka, Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngā Puhi, English, Irish, Welsh, Canadian & German descent. My whānau (family) are my life. Holisitic healthy living is my goal. I believe home is the best place to learn and too much responsibility has been placed on schools to teach things that parents and whānau need to be teaching.
