Occupation | Independent Family and Funeral Celebrant. Antiquarian Bookseller and owner of ' Kiss the Book' |
Location | South West England, United Kingdom |
Introduction | I run my own business in old, rare, and interesting books. I am a treasure hunter and sometimes sell my finds: old pretty jugs, Victorian watercolours and old maps, antique quilts and glassware. As an Independent Celebrant (a member of UKsoc) I enjoy meeting people and helping them create personal, meaningful ceremonies for all the important stages of life. I am lucky to live on a beautiful, eccentric, friendly terrace of Victorian houses. I have two beloved grown-up children, a talkative cat and the most wonderfully supportive family and friends. My garden is overgrown and so is my hair and my book collection and waistline seem to have expanded with the years. I love cooking for people and seeing my friends and family around a table chatting, eating and drinking wine has to be one of the best pleasures in life. |

Your hand has been replaced by a rubber stamp. What does it say?
" Ne Purfe we us Spillan" Sorry to be so pretentious but they ask such banal questions. (Anglo Saxon for 'we need not destroy each other' I always thought it could be the intellectual's CND car slogan...)
