| Introduction | Welcome to my blog! This blog was started about 4 months into my life changing experience with Ideal Protein. In 2 years, I lost 267 pounds! That 2 year journey and the events since meeting my goal have had many ups and downs, including regaining some of the weight. I consider myself a "work in progress' and I am bound and determined to figure out peace in my life - mind, body, and soul. This is my story. |
