| Introduction | I am a stay at home mother, wife and sometimes blogger. My family means the world to me. I am the proud mother of a beautiful, loving and energetic, 3 year old little bean named Violet Lucia, as well as a 70 lb. goof-ball dog named Ace. We are expecting a second child in January 2012. I love our beautiful Mother Earth and all of her creatures. I am dedicated to helping my little beans to grow in a way that has the lowest impact on our environment as well as teaching them love and respect for all living things starting with themselves. I am a work in progess and love to learn new ways to accomplish my green parenting and green living goals. My husband and I parent in a natural or "Attachment Parenting" style, which I feel goes hand in hand with green living. I am a passionate homebirth advocate. I love, cloth diapering, breastfeeding, baby wearing, gardening and cooking!! |
