Introduction | Teicha Hill Mailhes is a freelance writer and family historian working with clients to creatively preserve and present family histories within the context of a community’s history. She has researched her own family lines as they stretched across the Southern, Midwestern and Western United States using a variety of archival and online database record sources. She is a member of the Dallas Genealogical Society and the National Genealogical Society and takes full advantage of workshops and classes offered by the societies in order to be continually educated on record groups and genealogical research methods. Currently, she is working with clients to produce customized history books for family reunions. She is available to present “getting started” seminars and mini-workshops for local groups interested in family history. |
