Introduction	Hi, glad you are here! My family & I are in the beginning stages of opening a cupcake shop! I have decided to blog about our business and hope to have some suggestions from your about our "sweet adventure". As I said, we are at the beginning stages. I am doing a lot of baking for friends and family and want to turn it in to more than that. Our town has a few bakeries but nothing like a cupcake shop, so the possibilities are endless as to what type of shop we can open. Something quaint, like a coffee, muffin and cupcake shop is what I would like and because we are near a university, delivering our sweets to the dorm and other places would be in order.
