Introduction	I write YA Urban/Contemporary Fantasy as well as children's picture books. I have been an editorial assistant, a book pimp, a mommy blogger (though I'm not a mom--not yet, anyway), a used book store clerk, and a freelance writer. I just moved to Maine and am revising a YA novel. I'm also a twin, a kickboxing instructor, a candy addict, a perfectionist, and a book lover. I have a quick temper. Oh, and I talk to trees. It's nice to meet you!
Interests	Writing, reading, dancing, kickboxing, urban fantasy, universal myths, Scotland, Japan, Anything dorky (yes I've played D&D and I've even LARPed and if you know what that is then I say "huzzah" to you), mini sheep, marmalade, Tesco tea...shall I go on?
Favorite Movies	The Labyrinth, Devdas, Much Ado About Nothing, Kenneth Branagh's Hamlet, The Princess Bride, The Matrix, Star Wars (original trilogy), Blood Wedding, Spirited Away
Favorite Books	It's impossible to list them all but here are a few: Alice in Wonderland and Alice Through the Looking Glass; The Prydain Chronicles; The Wrinkle in Time series especially A Swiftly Tilting Planet; Good Omens; Neverwhere; The King of Elfland's Daughter; The Once and Future King; The Dark is Rising; Pride and Prejudice; Snow White, Blood Red; Paper Cities; The Hunter's Haunt; and of course Lord of the Rings

Silly, Blogger, no one uses phone books anymore. But obviously I would just psychically contact my twin sis to let her know she should call me.
