Introduction I paint colorful abstracts, whirling mandalas, ghostly figures and fantasy landscapes. Living near the Pacific, I walk along the waves as often as possible. (I've not yet gotten the courage up to surf, however.) My favorite bookstore is the public library: did you know that the borrower's limit at the LAPL is 30 books? Stack 'em up: mysteries, thrillers, science fiction, biographies... Movies, too, are a passion: my record is 6 in one day, and I am a happy member of The Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films, producers of The Saturn Awards (http://www.saturnawards.net). What keeps me going? The certainty that every morning that I wake up breathing is a gift. I choose Life with eyes wide open, although I fall from that ideal much too often. I choose to paint today. Go ahead-- go make something!
Interests body-mind integration, creative process, reading, massage, movie walking along the Pacific ocean
