Introduction	I love food. I used to be a bit chubbier and sicker than now, and passion for food has not gone away. Instead it turned into this weird obsession with all things nutritious and tasty. My mission in life is to help people figure out what changes in their diet and life would make them happier and healthier and do it by not sacrificing their taste buds. I have battled with psoriasis (chronic inflammatory skin condition) most of my life (Just in case you are wondering, I'm winning!) and I also graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and now use my knowledge and life experience to help myself and others transition to a healthier disease-free life and live the life of their dreams.
