Introduction	I am a 56 yr old woman runner.This summer marks 32 years of consistent running for me!! I have run at least 25 miles a week since 1981 and generally average about 30-35miles a week.I have found that there is not much info for women runners in my age group.Would love to share with other women my age.This spring I have embraced barefoot running !! I love running barefoot and free!!
