| Introduction | Millard Care & Rehabilitation History Years ago, concerned citizens desired to have a local place where their loved ones could go to receive care from people with the same values, compassion and work ethic that the people of Millard County shared in common. Community development people contacted the County Commissioners and the idea of Millard Care Center was born. For decades, the facility was operated in hand me down buildings as they became old and worn and were less suitable for their original occupant. In 2004, a beautiful, thoughtful new 60 bed building was completed which gave the citizens of Millard County a first class place to go to receive excellent care from people with their same values and work ethic.
