Introduction	I work as an Instructional or Learning Experience Designer. Years ago, I created my own business, writing manuals, learning videos and cheat sheets for crafter's using electronic based die-cut machines. This was before I even knew that this was what an Instructional Designer did. Throughout my career, I have always gravitated to the training and mentoring of others, and eventually made my way to a position as an Instructional Designer - where I get to analyze training programs, standards and designs, and help plan the structure of the training program. I love the opportunity to be both analytical and creative in my job!
