Introduction I am a scientist and not a medical doctor. My training is in nursing, engineering, business, and human factors. My knowledge of "gluten-free" is limited to my tastebuds, and those of my husband. We both love to cook and enjoy taking cooking classes. I am not a professional chef. I rarely use recipes, and usually cook by eye. My husband is an engineer, and is much more meticulous than I. My apologies for any ambiguities in the recipes. While I try to record things exactly, my love of garlic and seasonings means that I sometimes flub on the ingredients list. Please, season per your personal taste, and use my recipes as a guide for creating your own inventions.
