Introduction	I am a chef instructor in baking with the goal of removing the fear of the baking process...most folks I talk with seem to feel they "can't bake" or that there is some mystery to successful baking. You only need to understand what you are doing! I hope to give you the confidence you need to make lots of tasty treats! Now that I am semi retired and teaching home bakers the ropes, I have had the time to write my memoir in food. Seven decades of my adventures and my food experiences leading me to my ultimate successes in the baking and pastry industry. Please enjoy these stories that will not be in my book but are a big part of my journey.
