Introduction	Hi! I'm Barb, pictured here with my adorable son, Carlton on his 4th birthday. I grew up in Gulf Breeze, Florida and have been married to my dear hubby, Jeff, since 1994. We've been in the Philly area since 1998. Life has been a roller coaster the past few years. I was happy, healthy, had lost a lot of weight, was loving life...until my colon decided to stop playing nice with the rest of my body. I've been battling Ulcerative Colitis since June 2011. It's quickly growing worse and life has become an experiment in medicines, supplements, diet, etc. attempting to keep my colon in my body...but do I really want it?
