| Introduction | Am I qualified to write a blog about life changing things, grief, living life out loud? A quick overview.... September 26, 2006. My life spun out of control when I was told that my son Graham had a mass on his brain. He had started limping a few weeks before this. He told me he couldn't feel his fingers. Mass on the brain. This was the least of it. My son was diagnosed with a gioblastoma multiform tumor. Surgery followed and the tumor was removed. This kind of cancer is basically untreatable. He had radiation and oral chemotherapy. We moved on and had a great year. The end of September 2007 the cancer was back with a vengeance. Our family, my husband Mark and Grahams two older sisters, Emily and Karly, gave Graham to Jesus on December 5, 2007. He was 8 days shy of ten years old. Graham died at home in his dads arms. That brings us to this blog.... 2 years later. My family is still here, still intact! Come along, God is Good! Am I qualified? See for yourself! |
