| Introduction | I am a pastor, professor, and military chaplain based in Salt Lake City, Utah. In addition to serving full-time as Lead Pastor of THE RISING (www.therisingutah.com), I teach classes in Christian apologetics and Biblical literature at Liberty University. I'm also active as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army Reserve where I work as Brigade Chaplain to the 96th Combat Sustainment Brigade at Fort Douglas. I recently finished my doctorate ('07), and I have degrees in pastoral studies (Lee, '01), theology (Golden Gate, '04), Christian Ministry (Midwestern, '07), philosophy (Utah, '09), and Christian Apologetics (Biola, '12). |
