| Introduction | I'm a small town girl from South Jersey. I have struggled with my weight all my life but after I gave birth to my daughter in June 2010, in an effort to live healthier for her, I made a change.. and a big one! I joined Weight Watchers, got active, and began shedding the pounds. My journey has just begun and will be a life long challenge. I began blogging because so many people ask about my story, my success (although I am not at my goal yet!), tips, recipes, etc.. I hope that this blog will offer some of that to others fighting the same battle as me, the battle of the bulge,and provide resources and opportunities to share our trials and tribulations as well as our triumphs!
