Introduction I love cooking and I cook from my heart. I have always liked spending time in the kitchen, it is definitely the heart of our home. In 1996 I graduated from the Tante Marie School of Cookery with a Cordon Bleu certificate which gave me a great understanding of the basics of good food and since then I've enjoyed experimenting with recipes, testing out my creations on my husband Nick, family and friends. However, I had no idea of the culinary challenge that lay ahead and it is only now that my skills are being properly put through their paces by the fussiest little eater I know - my son Oscar! He's a harsh critic but I'm doing my best to put my love in his lunch.
