Introduction	I run a small manufacturing company in Akron Ohio. I am a reformed overweight smoker who started riding to lose weight in 1997. When I got to a level I considered "fit" I started bike racing which was too scary so I switched to triathlon in 1999 (they make you stay away from each other) and have never stopped. I have completed three full Ironman Tri's and many half's, olympic's and sprint's. I have also ran eight marathons in my apparent never ending quest to qualify for Boston (I am not going to consider myself a runner until I do it)

Favorite Music	pretty much like everything especially new stuff...I have a new all time favorite song every week or so
Favorite Books	anything by Clive Cussler or Grisham..sometimes Stephen King always Carl Hiason
