Introduction	I'm not the type that goes for self flattery. At least... when it comes to writing. In fact, I find it extremely difficult to craft words about myself without automatically going for the backspace button. Cue the anguish and horror when I have to write cover letters. But, I can tell you the facts. During the day, I am a Marketing Specialist working in the Silicon Valley and at night, I moonlight as your trustworthy Food Blogger. This is probably the most dedication I've put into a blog for some time seeing as though I have an attention span of a 4 year old. I love to write. Don't get me wrong. But I have the problem of having too many ideas, too little time and patience to carry them out. That's what Tumblr is for.
