When you've got water stuck in your ear, how do you get it out?
If Dr Who travels anywhere in time with multiple physical existences, how does he know that any person he meets is not himself and will Dr Who always regenerate as a man -and- can Time Lords have children? :) , The answer is : There is no such thing as a Time Lord, it is a fictional concept.
