| Introduction | I originally got a degree in civil engineering, became a professional engineer and engineered buildings and municipal projects for 20 years. I always enjoyed painting as a hobby. A magazine publisher saw some of my paintings at a book conference. I was hired to illustrate magazine articles. Long story short, I was eventually asked to license art for various home décor products. I jumped at the chance to get paid for my hobby! My husband is an engineer, too. Home was not peaceful with both of us having stressful engineering jobs. With illustrating and writing, God has given our home a new peace and contentment. I felt there was a need for inspiration for other women to make their home peaceful, too, so I started writing for women. My website is mailnly for publishers and business, but I enjoy giving fellow crafters some of my free clipart and sharing project ideas with them. |
