| Introduction | I am a Registered Dietitian, mother of 2,Community Nutritionist, Certified Food Safety Manager Trainer,Interactive Workshop Speaker who likes creating recipes using wholesome, healthy ingredients. I have worked as a dietitian in 3 countries: India, Middle East and the US,so have eaten everything from camels to cupcakes :)I speak 6 different languages and can write in 4. Apart from aspiring to be a Super Mom, Wife and Health Professional, my dreams include travelling the world so I can taste every kind of food ever created on the earth,a little overambitious perhaps, but not a bad dream! Self confession - I have a sweet tooth, but believe that as long as one eats healthy for the most part,indulging in those sweet moments once in a while is not bad for the soul. I always thought it would be fun to study nutrition since I could practise on my family even if I chose not to work and it seems I do that very well since my family are the guinea pigs for all my " nutri inventions " so be brave about trying my suggestion since they have been tried and tested! |
